I Don't give 5* because my apartment was not so clean and were missing basic things in the kitchen but about the rest it is amazing!

700/800m from the beach which you do it perfectly as it is so refreshing and peaceful walking along the road being surrounded by that incredible nature and smell.

Fine holiday place. Nice green sorroundings with very prominent Tuscan 'macchia' plants. Unpleasant animation for childrend and unrequested shows may ruin the beauty of natural context. Informations needed to avoid surprises during the month of August.
Really nice area, nice and clean apartment, but there was no wlan in the apartment, also it feels like the hotel is saving money wherever it's possible. The problem kind of was, that there was nothing going on, even though there were possibilities to. (Went there Late July - Early August 2018)
Extremely hard bed, hardest I've slept in on my life. Similar to sleeping on the ground. Stayed two nights, couldn't sleep at all. Very uncomfortable.
A little bit sussyyyyy
We stayed in this residence the last week of August. The studio apartment assigned to us was among the lower ones, immersed in the wonderful green space that characterizes the residence. Equipped with everything and recently renovated. The residence is located 800 meters from the coast, reachable on foot or with the bicycles made available by the structure. Of note is a slight climb on the way back, not too steep but which over 800 meters can be uncomfortable for some, especially in the hottest hours. Friendly and helpful staff, both at reception, at the bar and at the mini market (stocked with essentials and also fresh products such as cured meats and cheeses).
In general the residence is a quiet place, isolated in the oasis of peace and greenery perfectly maintained by the staff.

We stayed from 19th to 26th August. The structure is dated, but overall good, the apartments are decent, spacious and clean. We were on the top floors where there is a spectacular view of the pine forest and the sea (you don't even see a building) truly fantastic that makes you forget the two flights of stairs. The location overall is excellent, the sea can be reached briefly in the middle of the pine forest even on foot without bikes (they rent them if needed) and the free beach that can be reached immediately is beautiful, the best of the Castiglione stretch. The swimming pool is beautiful, the greenery is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is exquisite, professional, always kind and smiling. The entertainment is very good with children.
